By using Gloss Cart, you agree to these terms. We keep them clear and fair — just like our denim.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of our website and purchase of products. By placing an order, you accept these conditions. We may update them occasionally — the latest version is always here.

Orders & returns

  • Made to order – each pair is cut and sewn after purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for production.
  • 30-day returns – unworn, with original tags. We’ll issue a full refund or exchange.
  • Free first fit exchange – if your size isn’t right, we’ll swap it at no extra cost.
  • Lifetime repair – we fix any Gloss Cart jeans, no matter how old. Just cover shipping.

Return instructions are included with every order.

Intellectual property

  • Our designs – all patterns, cuts, and finishes are original and owned by Gloss Cart.
  • Content – images, text, and graphics on this site are our property. Do not reproduce without permission.
  • Trademarks – “Gloss Cart” and the rivet logo are registered marks.
  • Fair use – you may share product images for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit.

We protect our craft fiercely — and respectfully.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by region. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our workshop.

Liability

Our jeans are built to last, but we’re not liable for normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
